Follow these steps to resolve your payment terminal showing the incorrect time.

Step-by-Step Troubleshooting Guide

If your payment terminal is showing the incorrect time, try the following solution:

Setting Correct Time Setting

  1. Navigate to the System in the Settings App on your terminal

  1. Temporarily disable "Use network-provided time zone"
  2. Manually set your correct time zone
  3. Re-enable "Use network-provided time zone"
  4. Enable "Use network-provided time"
