## Step-by-Step Troubleshooting Guide

### 1. Verify Receipt Functionality is Enabled

Before troubleshooting hardware issues, ensure that receipt functionality is enabled for your terminal in the Finix Dashboard.

### 2. Check the Receipt Paper

- Ensure that there is sufficient paper in the roll.
- If the paper is low or empty, replace the receipt roll with a new one. If you need to order more receipt paper, please [contact our support team](mailto:support@finix.com).


### 3. Inspect the Terminal's Printer

- Open the receipt roll cover.
- Remove any dust and paper scraps.
- Check for any obstructions that could block the receipt roll.
- Inspect for loose or broken parts.


### 4. Test the Printer

After completing the inspection and any necessary cleaning or replacement:

- Close the receipt roll cover securely.
- Attempt to print a test receipt.
