Learn how manage device orders on the Finix Dashboard.


Viewing Device Orders

To view device orders on the Finix Dashboard:

  1. Log into the Finix Dashboard.
  2. Click Payment Devices > Device Orders.

Understanding the Status of your Order

StatusMeaning
Order ReceivedThe order has been received and will be reviewed for approval prior to fulfillment.
ConfirmedThe order has been approved and is being prepared for shipment.
ShippedThe order has been shipped.
CancelledThe order has been cancelled.

Cancelling an Order

Cancelling Orders

You can only cancel an order if the status is "Order Received". Please contact your Finix Point of Contact for questions regarding refunds on a cancelled order.

To cancel an order:

  1. Click Payment Devices > Device Orders.
  2. Select the order you want to cancel.
  3. Click Action on the top right corner
  4. Click Cancel Order.
