# Managing Device Orders In this guide, you can learn how to manage device orders on the Finix Dashboard. ## Viewing Device Orders To view device orders on the Finix Dashboard: 1. Log into the [Finix Dashboard](https://finix.payments-dashboard.com/login). 2. Click **Payment Devices > Device Orders**. ![Device Management 1](/assets/device-management-1.f7dfae6395cebdbae226b1163dd13e2c6230ed5e536fea649f7f68d44304c26d.08ff7529.png) ## Understanding the Status of your Order | Status | Meaning | | --- | --- | | Order Received | The order has been received and will be reviewed for approval prior to fulfillment. | | Confirmed | The order has been approved and is being prepared for shipment. | | Shipped | The order has been shipped. | | Cancelled | The order has been cancelled. | ## Cancelling an Order Cancelling Orders You can only cancel an order if the status is "Order Received". Please contact your Finix Point of Contact for questions regarding refunds on a cancelled order. To cancel an order: 1. Click **Payment Devices > Device Orders**. 2. Select the order you want to cancel. 3. Click **Action** on the top right corner 4.
